Wingman provides program management, logistics, training, and administrative services for government and commercial clients. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Process Automation (BPA), Document Management, Government, Knowledge Management and Logistics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
