WilloWare

WilloWare is a software developer for Microsoft Dynamics specializing in manufacturing, field service & distribution related enhancements. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Manufacturing. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

WilloWare is based in Wapella, Illinois. More on willoware.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know WilloWare well, your review carries weight here.
