WIFI Runners

WIFI Runners is a fast-growing Wi-Fi specialized MSP managed by talented professionals with over 15 years of experience. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence, Consulting, IT Management, Retail Technology and Wireless. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

WIFI Runners is based in Weston, Florida and around since 2013. You can read more at wifirunners.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know WIFI Runners well, your review carries weight here.
