Whiztek

Whiztek provides IT consulting and technology staffing services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Big Data, Consulting and Staffing Agency. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Whiztek is based in Palatine, Illinois. More on whiztekcorp.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Whiztek, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
