Whiz IT

Whiz IT offers IT consulting, software development, CRM, ERP, cloud computing, machine learning, and software development services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention CRM and Machine Learning. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Whiz IT is based in Northbrook, Illinois. More on whizit.co.in.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
