White Mountain IT Services

White Mountain IT Services is a software company that offers computer consulting and IT services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Cyber Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

White Mountain IT Services is based in Nashua, New Hampshire. You can read more at whitemtn.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used White Mountain IT Services? Rate it.
