Whirl Group

Whirl Grp. LLC provides consulting, software development, media production, and project management services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Project Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Whirl Group is based in Stamford, Connecticut. You can read more at whirlgroup.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Whirl Group well, your review carries weight here.
