West Bay Services

West Bay Services is a software development company that provides web development and business consulting services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Software Engineering, Technical Support, Web Design and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

West Bay Services is based in Novato, California and around since 1996. More on westbayservices.com.
