WebWatcher

WebWatcher is a parental & employee monitoring software compatible with iOS (iPhone/iPad), PC, Android & Mac. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

WebWatcher is based in Westport, Connecticut and around since 2002. Their site is webwatcher.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know WebWatcher well, your review carries weight here.
