Weblii

Weblii is a it services and consulting company. Managed IT Services & Web Design. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing, Consulting, Hardware, IT Infrastructure and Technical Support, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Weblii is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Their site is weblii.co.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
