Web Design Touch

Web Design Touch focuses on graphic design, web development, web hosting and marketing services for restaurants, non-profits and businesses. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Graphic Design, Marketing, Web Development and Web Hosting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Web Design Touch is based in Quincy, Massachusetts and around since 2009. More on webdesigntouch.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
