Web Connectivity

Web Connectivity renders customized websites and applications, web design, IT support, hardware and software services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Technical Support, Web Design and Web Development. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Web Connectivity is based in Lebanon, Indiana and founded in 1999. You can read more at webconnectivity.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
