WCT

WCT is a computer hardware company that offers data storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Data Mining, Electronics and Hardware. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

WCT is based in Aliso Viejo, California. Their site is wct.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with WCT, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
