WCJ Consultants

WCJ Consultants is a management consulting firm. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Lead Management, Management Consulting and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

WCJ Consultants is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and founded in 2008. You can read more at wcjconsultants.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with WCJ Consultants, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
