WC Software Services

WC Software Services develops comprehensive solutions that help solve clients needs by focusing on quality, commitment and reliability. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Database, IT Infrastructure and Project Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

WC Software Services is based in Suwanee, Georgia and around since 1997. Their site is whalecorp.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with WC Software Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
