WaveNet Consulting

WaveNet Consulting is a telecoms technology consulting company that offers cloud computing, broadband, and mobile network services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

WaveNet Consulting is based in Medina, Ohio. Their site is wavenetconsulting.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
