Waveform

Here is Waveform in plain terms. In-Building Cell Phone Coverage Solutions for Homes and Enterprises. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Waveform is based in Irvine, California. Their site is waveform.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Waveform well, your review carries weight here.
