Ward Systems Group

Ward Systems Group develops and sells artificial intelligence, genetic algorithm and neural network software for various industries. The job it does: building AI products and features, often for other companies.

The natural audience is companies adding AI to a product. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ward Systems Group is based in Frederick, Maryland and around since 1988. More on wardsystems.com.

Things worth asking about: track record, data handling, and who owns the models. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Ward Systems Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
