Walker IT Group

Walker IT Group offers software solutions and IT consulting services to enhance business operations. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, IT Infrastructure and IT Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Walker IT Group is based in Newark, Delaware. More on walkeritg.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Walker IT Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
