Walden Services

Walden Services provides harvest distribution software for businesses. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Small and Medium Businesses and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Walden Services is based in Waltham, Massachusetts. Their site is waldenservices.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Walden Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
