Vuworks

Here is Vuworks in plain terms. Control4 provides personalized automation and control solutions that allow virtual control of any device in homes and businesses. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer Electronics, Energy Management and Smart Home. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Vuworks is based in Salt Lake City, Utah and around since 2003. Their site is control4.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Vuworks? Rate it.
