VSoft Corporation

VSoft Corporation is an IT firm that provides software development, training, and business consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Development, Consulting and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

VSoft Corporation is based in Columbia, Maryland. More on vsoftcorporation.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with VSoft Corporation, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
