Voyant Solutions

Voyant Solutions is a web-based multi-site energy management company. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Energy and Small and Medium Businesses, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Voyant Solutions is based in Durham, North Carolina and founded in 2006. More on voyantsolutions.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Voyant Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
