Voltican

Voltican is a management consulting that specialize in AMS support, ERP, business intelligence, data warehousing, and IT recruitment. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. Alongside the main category they mention Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Management Consulting, Outsourcing and Recruiting. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Voltican is based in Houston, Texas. Their site is voltican.com.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
