Voki

Voki is the world's most popular free online educational tool for creating avatars in education. In practice that means delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

The natural audience is HR, training teams and educators. Related areas on their profile: E-Learning and Education. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Voki is based in New City, New York. You can read more at voki.com.
