VOCAL Technologies

VOCAL Technologies is a custom software development company. Telecommunications design solutions. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

VOCAL Technologies is based in Buffalo, New York. You can read more at vocal.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know VOCAL Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
