VMN Group

VMN Group is a consulting company that provides software based solutions fro business development. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Development and Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

VMN Group is based in Redwood City, California. Their site is vmngroup.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with VMN Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
