vLamp

vLamp helps startups and organizations produce prototypes, MVPs, websites, full-fledged applications, and APIs. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Web Design and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

vLamp is based in Santa Monica, California and founded in 2003. Their site is vlamp.com.
