Vizzda

Vizzda is a software application that provides property information to the commercial real estate and construction industries. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Vizzda is based in Tempe, Arizona. Their site is vizzda.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Vizzda, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
