VIZYUL

VIZYUL is a software and service solution company that provides tableau and power BI solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

VIZYUL is based in Chicago, Illinois. You can read more at vizyul.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with VIZYUL, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
