VIZMATRIX

VIZMATRIX provides visualization and next-gen business intelligence cloud-based services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

VIZMATRIX is based in Melissa, Texas. You can read more at vizmatrix.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know VIZMATRIX well, your review carries weight here.
