Vizias

Vizias is a computing, data strategies & solutions development company. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Database and IT Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Vizias is based in Austin, Texas and founded in 2014. Their site is vizias.com.

Our checklist for this category: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Vizias, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
