Vital Support Systems

Vital Support Systems is the Midwest's leading provider of enterprise technology solutions for systems and networks. In practice that means running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

The natural audience is teams that want fewer tools. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Vital Support Systems is based in Urbandale, Iowa. Their site is vitalsupport.com.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
