Vital Networks

Small Business IT Outsourcing. That is the short version of Vital Networks. Put simply, it is about running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

Who is it for? Mostly developers and businesses of every size. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Outsourcing and Web Hosting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Vital Networks is based in Sacramento, California. Their site is vitalnetworks.com.

Our checklist for this category: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
