Vital Consulting

Vital Consulting is an Information Technology & Services firm. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Vital Consulting is based in Clearwater, Florida. You can read more at vitalconsulting.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Vital Consulting, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
