Vistamation

Vistamation provides industrial automation services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Hardware, Industrial Automation, Machinery Manufacturing and Warehousing. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Vistamation is based in Las Vegas, Nevada and around since 2001. You can read more at vistamation.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Vistamation well, your review carries weight here.
