Vista IT Solutions

ViTS is a computer & network security company that offers IT consulting, cloud, and network solutions. That is the short version of Vista IT Solutions. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Consulting and Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Vista IT Solutions is based in Cheshire, Connecticut and around since 2003. Their site is vitsusa.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Vista IT Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
