Virtus Flow

Virtus Flow is an innovative Digital Process Automation platform to streamline business. Put simply, it is about keeping personal and team to-dos organized and visible.

The natural audience is small teams and individuals. Alongside the main category they mention Task Management. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Virtus Flow is based in Florida, New York. Their site is virtusflow.com.

Things worth asking about: recurring tasks, reminders, and how it handles shared projects. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
