Viralheat

Viralheat works in social media management, which is about scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks. They have not published a longer description, so we lean on what their category usually involves.

Who is it for? Mostly social and community managers. They also list Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Publishing and Social Media Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Viralheat is based in San Mateo, California. Their site is viralheat.com.

Before you commit, look at which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Viralheat, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
