Vigna

Vigna is an IT firm that specializes in custom software, IT staffing, outsourcing, on-site & remote consulting services to various clients. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Outsourcing and Staffing Agency. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Vigna is based in Alpharetta, Georgia. You can read more at vignaus.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
