Vigilus

Vigilus is a communications and advertisement firm. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: CRM. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Vigilus is based in Burlington, Massachusetts. You can read more at vigilus.net.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Vigilus, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
