Vigillo

Vigillo specializes in translating copious and complex data into simple, accurate, and usable CSA analytics and interactive dashboards. The job it does: turning data into dashboards and reports people actually read.

Who is it for? Mostly analysts and leadership teams. They also list Analytics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Vigillo is based in Portland, Oregon. You can read more at vigillo.com.
