Vigilainte

Vigilainte.com is a company that uses AI-driven technology to unload burden of the world. In practice that means scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

Who is it for? Mostly social and community managers. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Electric Vehicle and Social Media, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Vigilainte is based in Dover, Delaware. You can read more at vigilainte.com.

Things worth asking about: which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
