Video Notebook

Video Notebook is a suite of AI-powered apps used by 100K+ students to capture important contents of videos, classes, meetings, and webinars. Put simply, it is about delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

The natural audience is HR, training teams and educators. Alongside the main category they mention B2C, Browser Extensions, Desktop Apps, E-Learning and Education. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Video Notebook is based in Menlo Park, California. More on videonotebook.com.

Things worth asking about: content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
