Vidapp

Vidapp is a it services and consulting company. Our founder Veysel came across with this thought for the first time working in his super-resolution imaging lab, and has brought it to life. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Vidapp is based in Berkeley, California. Their site is vidapp.co.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Vidapp, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
