Vibronics

Vibronics is a vibration and acoustics consulting company that provides sales services for digital seismographic instruments and software. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Environmental Consulting, Environmental Engineering and Industrial. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Vibronics is based in Newburgh, Indiana. Their site is vibronics.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
