Via Analytics

Via Analytics provides waste and recycling analytics software for vendor data tracking and reporting. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Analytics, Data Management and Information Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Via Analytics is based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Their site is viaanalytics.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Via Analytics well, your review carries weight here.
