Vertisystem

Vertisystem is a staffing, engineering and IT professional services firm. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Vertisystem is based in Fremont, California and around since 2007. Their site is vertisystem.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Vertisystem, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
