Vertex Resources

Vertex Resources provides temporary staffing, project staffing, direct hire, and employee payroll services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Bookkeeping and Payroll, Consulting, Human Resources and Staffing Agency. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Vertex Resources is based in Saint Louis, Missouri and around since 2005. Their site is vertexresources.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
