Vertel Corporation

Vertel Corporation is a provider of telecommunications network management software. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Telecommunications and Wireless. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Vertel Corporation is based in Woodland Hills, California. Their site is vertel.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Vertel Corporation, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
